The Confederation of Australian Sport (CAS) is pleased to announce Adelaide will host the 19th Australian Masters Games to be held from 7-14 October 2023.

The biannual event, which was created in 1987 by CAS, is Australia’s largest multi-sport event that provides a wonderful platform for some 10,000 masters athletes from over 50 sports to showcase their enthusiasm and talent.

The week-long festival of sport brings together people from around Australia, and the world, to enjoy an extensive sports and social program.

Adelaide has arguably become the spiritual home of the Australian Masters Games, having hosted the event on seven previous occasions.

The last time Adelaide hosted the premier Masters event was in 2019 when 7,036 competitors descended on the South Australian capital and competed across 45 sports.

CAS is looking forward to heading to Adelaide for another wonderful event next October.

The South Australian Government through the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC) has been named as the major sponsor.

The 19AMG Adelaide 2023 website will be online very soon.
