OBJECTIVES OF CURRENT BOARD FOR 2011/2012
OBJECTIVES
- Protect and manage the assets of the organisation
- Actively manage and implement strategies for 13th AMG and 2009 Australian Sports Awards
- Administer the legal requirements for CAS Advocacy
- Maintain a public presence and contact point for CAS advocacy for members
- Review any commercial opportunities that are presented to CAS and act accordingly on such opportunities, in the best interests of CAS
- Engage in occasional/ incidental advocacy activities as Board members are available, until such time as a clear opportunity or proposition to re-invent/ re-build CAS Advocacy is presented to the Board. Such an opportunity would need to show adequate resourcing and capacity to achieve the advocacy goals for CAS
